Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders and the use of Gerrys at Home website.
Orders
Gerrys at Home have the right to refuse any order. We try to ensure that discontinued products are not listed on the site, however if a product is shown on the site it does not always mean that it is currently available for sale.
Errors and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that all information published is accurate however the site still may contain typographic errors. Should these errors cause any inconveniences we will be honour a full refund. If a price error is made we maintain the right to refuse, cancel or refund any orders placed at the incorrect price.
All prices include VAT at 17.5%.
Payment
We will accept payment by the following credit and debit cards Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron, Maestro. Cards must be accompanied with the registered address, a valid expiry date and a valid code from the Signature panel (CVV code).
Delivery
Delivery charges are £5.00 per delivery address for orders to UK mainland. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Island are £9.95. All orders for security and tracking purposes will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Returns Policy
You may return goods to at your cost to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The products must be in the original condition, unused, and complete with packaging for a full refund. We will refund or exchange the goods less the dispatch cost. We will not accept goods back on custom made to measure curtains, net curtains or goods that have been altered unless they are deemed faulty by Gerrys at Home.
Tolerances
All curtains have a standard tolerance of +/- 1% on width and drop.
