If you are not fully satisfied with your goods you are welcome to return them at your cost to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The products must be in the original condition, unused and complete with packaging for a full refund. Please send returns to:

Please ensure you enclose a copy of the invoice for full refund or exchange. Please obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any losses.

We will refund or exchange the goods less the dispatch cost. In busy periods please allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.

Please note that we will not refund net curtains or any products that have been altered or custom made to your requirements unless the goods are deemed faulty by Gerry at Home.
