- What are the standard Delivery Charges?
Standard charges are £5.00 per delivery address. Deliveries to Scottish, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Island are £9.95.

- At checkout you have asked for my CVV code. What is this?
CVV is Creditcard Validation Value. This is the 3 digit code printed or embossed on the back of your card. This is required as an extra security measure against card fraud.

Yes. Please fill in the delivery address details on the checkout page.

We take care to ensure that the colours on the images are as accurate as possible however each monitor can differ slightly.
You can order up to 4 samples free of charge by using our sampling form on the product pages. Samples will be sent by Royal Mail post within 7 days of ordering.

Please enter the relevant code in the 'promotional code' box on the basket page, and then click on the update basket button to validate the code.

- How long will it take for me to receive my goods?
We aim to deliver stocked items within 5-7 working days however there maybe a delay if your order is not in stock. If it is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
